Z Tour Costs

All tour prices are calculated in US dollars (net rate). The tour cost does not include airport taxes, meals not specified in the itinerary, optional tours, or personal expenses.

Z Payment Terms

A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of 75% must be transferred to the bank account specified below no later than 10 days before the traveler’s arrival in Myanmar.

Z Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees will be applied as follows, based on the date written notice is received:

• 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total tour cost
• 15-29 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour cost
• 3-14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
• Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost
• On the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total tour cost.

Z Refund Policy

In principle, no refunds will be issued after the commencement of the trip.

Z Travel Insurance

The compensation amount provided by the Myanmar government’s insurance for accidents is extremely low. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive overseas travel insurance in your country before your arrival in Myanmar.

Z Regarding Arrangements for Domestic Flights, Hotels, and Meals

During peak seasons, if the scheduled domestic flights, hotels, or restaurants are unavailable, arrangements may be substituted with alternative flights, accommodations and restaurants of an equivalent class.

Z Limitation of Liability

Diamond Dominion Co., Ltd acts as an agent in arranging domestic flights, transportation, and other services for travelers. Therefore, the company shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by travelers due to force majeure, including but not limited to transportation delays, accidents, natural disasters, or political unrest. Furthermore, please understand that such circumstances may result in a change to a portion of the travel expenses, and that the traveler may be responsible for bearing these additional costs. Your understanding and acknowledgment of these terms are greatly appreciated.
